Guidelines
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in The booked flat will be at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of your arrival. Earlier arrival times only possible on request.
Checkout until 09.30.
NON-SMOKING FLATS
Our house is a non-smoking house. We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment, but only on the balcony or in the garden.
Pricing
The prices are for the studio or flat per day and are as follows for two persons
We are obliged to charge a local tourist tax of € 2.50 (subject to change) per person and night for all persons aged 14 and over. This is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
Cancellations
We ask for your understanding that the deposit paid will not be refunded.
If youdo not take over the booked holiday flat for the agreed period without cancellation, you will be charged 80% of the agreed total price.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, you will pay the price for the days of your stay and 50% of the agreed price for the remaining days not used.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
Pets
Pets (dogs only) are only allowed on request and by arrangement. The surcharge for a small to medium-sized dog is from 15.00 euros per day, without food.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WLAN, electricity and heating.
