Sonnenresidenz
Lush meadows, colourful shrubs and close to the Dolomites – here you can spend your holiday as you please. In the morning, have breakfast on the balcony or terrace of your holiday flat and listen to the birds chirping.
Castelrotto has a total of 12 fractions.
Each of them has its own little church, usually situated in an idyllic spot in the middle of meadows or at the edge of the forest, all of them accessible by a leisurely hike.
The village is very close to its homeland and strives to preserve old customs and traditions. Marvel at the valuable, historic traditional costumes, which are brought out and worn with pride during processions on church holidays.

Wonderful transport links
The shuttle bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi is directly in front of the house. You can also easily reach Bolzano, Bressanone or Merano by public transport.
The residence for every season
In spring and summer you can enjoy the beautiful nature around our residence and go on extensive hikes and bike tours, right into autumn. It offers you the opportunity to marvel at and experience the majestic Dolomites. In winter we are the right starting point for wonderful ski days, extensive ski tours and for tobogganing and cross-country skiing adventures.

The bright, spacious living room offers a comfortable couch, a large dining table, flat screen TV, radio CD and room safe.

You can book the flat Mountain from Euro 120,00 for two persons per day.

Our The studios are 34 m² in size and offer a cosy sleeping area with double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and/or bathtub, bidet, WC.
The bathrooms are equipped with enough towels, hairdryer, facial tissues, soap.
The bright, spacious Living area with dining table, flat TV, radio CD and room safe invites you to linger. The view of the Schlern massif is enchanting. Enjoy this wonderful panorama with a good coffee or a glass of South Tyrolean wine.
The kitchen living room is equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities.
We make sure that you want for nothing and that everything is always clean and tidy. Free WLAN -Wifi n all rooms.
You can book the Studio Mountain from Euro 100.00 for two people per day.
Guidelines
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in The booked flat will be at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of your arrival. We can arrange earlier arrival times on request and subject to availability.
Checkout until 09.30. Late check-outs are possible by arrangement.
If the room is not yet ready for occupancy, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
NON-SMOKING FLATS
Our house is a non-smoking house. We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the flat, but only on the balcony or in the garden.
Pricing
The prices are for the studio or flat per day and are as follows for two persons
For the final cleaning we charge Euro 50,00 – 60,00.
We are obliged to charge a local tax of 1,75€ (subject to change) per person and night for all persons over 14 years of age. This is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
Cancellations
We ask for your understanding that the deposit paid is non-refundable.
Upon agreement, the deposit paid can be credited to you for a future stay in our house.
If you do not take possession of the booked holiday flat for the agreed period without cancelling, you will be charged 80% of the agreed total price.
In case of early departure or late arrival, you will pay the price for days of stay and 50% of the agreed price for the remaining unused days.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request and by arrangement. The surcharge for a small to medium sized dog is from 20,00 Euro per day, without food.
Included in the price
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WLAN and radio, electricity and heating.
