Sonnenresidenz
Lush meadows, colourful shrubs and close to the Dolomites – here you can spend your holiday as you please. In the morning, have breakfast on the balcony or terrace of your holiday flat and listen to the birds chirping.
Castelrotto has a total of 12 hamlets.
Each of them has its own little church, usually located in an idyllic spot in the middle of meadows or on the edge of the forest, all within easy walking distance.
The village is very close to its roots and strives to preserve old customs and traditions. Marvel at the valuable, historic traditional costumes, which are brought out and worn with pride during processions on church holidays.

Wonderful transport links
The shuttle bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi is directly in front of the house. You can also easily reach Bolzano, Bressanone or Merano by public transport.
The residence for every season
In spring and summer you can enjoy the beautiful nature around our residence and go on extensive hikes and bike tours, right into autumn. It offers you the opportunity to marvel at and experience the majestic Dolomites. In winter we are the right starting point for wonderful ski days, extensive ski tours and for tobogganing and cross-country skiing adventures.

Guidelines
Checkin & Checkout
Check-in The booked flat will be at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of your arrival. We can arrange earlier arrival times on request and subject to availability.
Checkout until 09.30. Late checkouts are only possible by prior arrangement.
NON-SMOKING FLATS
Our house is a non-smoking house. We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the apartment, but only on the balcony or in the garden.
Pricing
The prices are for the studio or flat per day and are as follows for two persons
We are obliged to charge a local tourist tax of € 2.50 (subject to change) per person and night for all persons aged 14 and over. This is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
Cancellations
We ask for your understanding that the deposit paid will not be refunded.
If youdo not take over the booked holiday flat for the agreed period without cancellation, you will be charged 80% of the agreed total price.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, you will pay the price for the days of your stay and 50% of the agreed price for the remaining days not used.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
Pets
Pets (dogs only) are only allowed on request and by arrangement. The surcharge for a small to medium-sized dog is from 15.00 euros per day, without food.
Included in the price
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WLAN, electricity and heating.
